In the morning, an extensive buffet breakfast awaits you with lots of healthy, regional Carinthian products, cereals, milk freshly from the farm, egg dishes – directly prepared for you at the buffet – as well as seasonal fruits and fruit juices and a huge range of tea and coffee.
In summer, our lunch comprises various soups, snacks and a range of homemade pastry with coffee and tea.
In winter, you will be provided a gift voucher for lunch in our gourmet ski lodges.
In the evening, we offer a 4-course evening menu (regional and international) with a huge variety of fresh salad form the buffet. Moreover, we feature theme-evenings with traditional Caritnhian buffets serving only products from regional farmers.

In our hotel, we serve self-picked wines from our own wine cellar. Moreover, at our hotel bar, you can find selected aperitifs, cocktails and exquisite digestive from our bartenders.
Winter recommendation: If you want to try Katschberg-grown veal, just visit our gourmet steakhouse - in Hintereggers Ainkehr, just a few minutes walking distance, a very cosy atmosphere with open fire awaits you. As part of a half board package, you will get to enjoy a stylish evening there with fondues, stone barbecue or an exquisite à la carte menu.
